Ingredients required:

8 glasses of water (minimum, and you can drink more during the day)

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 fresh cucumber of medium size, peeled and chopped on thin circles

1 lemon of medium size, cut into thin circles

12 sheets of fresh mint

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Stop.

As soon as you get started, start consuming this powerful drink. Do not drink directly from the refrigerator, but just leave the beverage a little bit warm at room temperature. You should drink the entire dose during the day, and prepare a new dose for the next day.
