5 tablespoons cinnamon (50 ml)

1 liter of skimmed milk cup natural, skimmed yogurt (125 ml)
4 tablespoons skimmed milk powder (25 g)
2 tablespoons honey (15 g)
1 cup cinnamon tea (250 ml)

Preparation

First heat the milk in the pan. As soon as it is warmed, add the tea from cinnamon, honey and powdered milk. Stir vigorously, until everything dissolves well. Pour the yogurt into a large bowl. Stir everything done with yoghurt so far in a few minutes (We recommend using an electric mixer for the purpose of your convenience). Then pour the resulting mixture into several small glass containers and allow to stand for 8 to 12 hours. Then cover and store in the refrigerator for at least several hours before you consume it.

4. Tea from cinnamon with English tea
